Account Manager

What we need
We seek to hire an experienced Account Manager who has impeccable communication skills (written, verbal). Has an upbeat attitude and willingness to jump in where needed. Must be extremely organized, comfortable managing budgets, detail oriented and efficient, with the ability to work on several projects at the same time. Should be able to manage and interact with many personality types – from designers, strategists, lawyers, CEOs, and everything in-between.

This position provides management and support (in collaboration with a creative lead) on projects from inception to completion. Project types include websites, identity design, and full-scale branding and communications systems.

What you’ll own

  • Build strong and respectful relationships and rapport with our client(s), our creative team, and agency partners
  • Create proposals and budgets, while maintaining profitability; accurately allocate resources and predict time to complete tasks; alert internal team of project scope/budget creep
  • Create and own deadlines; keep everyone on schedule and on task across multiple projects and channels
  • Act as a single point of contact for the client, collaborating with the project lead and creative team, and seamlessly managing all agency and partner resources

What you’ll bring

  • 3 - 6 years of account management experience in a related field or branding company
  • Experience managing healthy client relationships; ensuring projects meet their objectives and always delivering what the client needs in a timely manner
  • Experience and interest in growing business with your clients
  • Experience leading and documenting the creative process through interviews, team sessions, research or other means
  • Strong knowledge of digital, print production, and content development
  • Proficient at writing, proofing, editing, and fact checking
  • B2B client experience preferred

What you’ll need

  • You have a positive “can-do” attitude and consider yourself “a juggler of tasks”
  • Travel may be required at times
  • Proficiency with Mac software, including Keynote and the Google Product Suite
