Looking to learn the ins and outs of how the creative process works in real life? Want to work with teams of some of the most thought-provoking, interesting and coolest (if we do say so ourselves) designers around? Do you love seeing projects through from strategy to content development, design to implementation? Then CSA is for you.

The design intern is an integral member of our project teams, and this is the entry-level creative position in our company. Under the direction of a supervisor, the intern supports our project teams and contributes to the entire design process, from the research and concept phase through designing, development and execution. The candidate may also be expected to take responsibility for completing internal creative projects, working directly with a creative director.

This is a 3- to 6-month paid position.


The candidate can be either a recent grad with a B.A. degree in graphic design or web design or a junior or senior working towards the same. Mac literacy with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat), Keynote, Word, Excel, Powerpoint is required. Experience working with video production and front-end interactive design knowledge preferred, but not required.
